Package Includes:

2- 30minute interactive online video calls

*Pricing is based only on the heated square footage of the home (excludes garages, porches, and detached storage structures)

*Minimum size requirement: 1,000 heated sq. ft.

Upon purchase, you are granted a single-use license to build the plan. The complete plan set will be delivered via email in PDF format, along with three (3) printed hard copies. Each package includes:

• 1/4” scale floor plan with detailed window and door schedules

• plumbing plan

• 1/4” scale electrical layout featuring: recessed lighting, fan/lights, switches, outlets, cable/TV/phone jacks, exterior floodlights, weatherproof outlets, and vent/heat/light placements

• 1/4” scale exterior elevations: front, rear, and both sides

• 1/4” scale foundation plans

• 1/2” scale wall sections and detailed foundation section drawings

• Roof plan, showing slopes and framing details

• Miscellaneous construction details, as required

• Kitchen and bath cabinetry elevations

Please Note:

Pricing is calculated per heated square foot only. Non-heated areas are not included in the cost.

If the design process exceeds 40 hours due to frequent client revisions, an hourly fee will be applied for any time beyond the 40 hr threshold
