$1.75/sq ft // $800 deposit will be credited toward plan price total

Ideal For: Clients seeking a standard house plan for their custom build, complete with both interior and exterior 3D views for enhanced visualization.

Package Includes:

2- 30minute interactive online video calls

*Pricing is based only on the heated square footage (excludes garages, porches, and detached storage structures)

*Minimum plan size: 1,000 heated sq. ft.

*3D renderings of both the interior and exterior

*Exterior 3D images are color-customizable

*Interior 3D views will be presented in all white for clarity

Upon purchase, you are granted a one-time license to build the plan. The final deliverables include both a PDF version sent via email and three (3) printed hard copies of the complete plan set. 

Each package includes:

• 1/4” scale floor plan, including window and door schedules

• plumbing plan

• 1/4” scale electrical layout featuring: recessed lighting, fan/lights, switches, outlets, cable/TV/phone jacks, exterior floodlights, weatherproof outlets, and vent/heat/light placements

• 1/4” scale exterior elevations (front, rear, and sides)

• 1/4” scale foundation plans

• 1/2” scale wall sections and full foundation detail drawings

• Roof plan with all slopes and framing details

• Miscellaneous construction details, as needed

• Kitchen and bathroom cabinetry elevations

• 3D images of both interior and exterior

Pricing is calculated per heated square foot only. Non-heated areas are not included in the cost.

If the design process exceeds 40 hours due to repeated client revisions, an hourly fee will apply for any time beyond the 40-hour allowance.
