Contractor Selection Guidance – We help you evaluate and choose the right builder or subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and fair pricing.

Site Inspections – We visit the job site as often as needed to verify progress, catch issues early, and keep construction on track. Typically no more than 4 visits per month. 

Land Procurement Assistance – From identifying lots to evaluating topography and neighborhood factors, we help you choose the best property for your home.

Survey Coordination – Ensure accurate boundary lines, easements, and site planning before construction begins.

Permit Management – Guidance and assistance in navigating permit applications and approvals to avoid costly delays.
